Thepatienthadbeenwelluntil1weekbeforethispresentation,whenrhinorrhea,sorethroat,andcoughdeveloped.Onthefourthdayofillness,shewasseeninanurgentcareclinicbecauseofworseningcough,wheezing,anddyspnea.Bronchitiswasdiagnosed,andpromethazine–dextromethorphansyrupanda5-daycourseoforalazithromycinwereprescribed.Thepatientreturnedhome.
